The local Raymond newspaper hosted a Forum at the High School for the County Candidates.
True to the way these things usually work- the questions were rigged by the reporter at the podium- she did not use a single question put forth by the community board that was so carefully chosen and advertised as being fair and balanced.
And- as usual- the audience was filled with only supporters for their candidate friends. But it was good experience and a necessary 'rite of passage' for our candidates.
The big thrill was when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the forum. We all had to evacuate the building for a short time.
